Stovesaver's Standard UK Mainland Delivery

For orders over £500* we offer a free delivery service to most UK mainland addresses (England, Scotland, Wales but excludes some Highland areas) Please contact us if you would require delivery to the Highlands and Islands so we can provide your quotation. 

The FREE delivery is provided on a named weekday-only service and we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. Once your order has been processed, you will be contacted either by email or you may receive a telephone call from Stovesaver or our appointed carriers to arrange your delivery.

Stock items will usually be dispatched in 2-3 working days.  Where an item is out of stock please contact us for a lead time or we can confirm this once your order is in process.

Deliveries usually take place between 0800 and 1800 Monday to Friday and you will need to be present to accept and sign for your delivery.

We do offer upgrade services for an additional charge, such as 2 person delivery - to a room of your choice, specified day, timed and Saturday deliveries. Please contact us if you want to arrange one of these services or book online where available. 

Larger items are usually delivered on pallets and brought on large wagons. There will be one delivery driver unless you have selected the 2 man upgrade service.

* Isokern products are not included in the free delivery offer and is charged at £75 for the 3-5 business days pallet delivery service. Delivery can be upgraded to Express 1-2 business days for an additional charge.

Remember, if it doesn't fit through your letterbox, you need to be in.

Stovesaver recommend you do not arrange your installation date or installer prior to receipt of your full and complete order as delivery dates can not be guaranteed and occasionally delays, errors or even damages in transit may occur. Stovesaver Limited does not accept liability for any charges you may incur in these circumstances.

Access: Please advise Stovesaver of any potential access difficulties such as steps to your property, narrow streets, gravel driveways and parking restrictions so we can inform the carriers. Larger items are usually delivered on pallets and brought on large wagons.

Taking your delivery:

Your order will be delivered between 0800 and 1800 Monday to Friday to the address provided.

If you order more than one item, these may be shipped individually and received in separate consignments.

Small items will be delivered by a courier or through standard post. Larger items or multiple item orders are usually delivered on a pallet.

You will not normally receive any telephone contact from the carriers on your arranged day, prior to them making your delivery, unless you have used one of the upgrade services.  You may receive a text indicating an approximate delivery time.   

There will be one delivery driver who will help as far as he or a pallet truck can work safely, but we suggest you have at least one other person to help you as your order may be large, bulky or heavy.  Due to insurance and health and safety issues, the driver is not able to move the goods inside the property for you unless you have arranged the 2 person delivery service. 

Your order will be brought to the nearest point, depending on the above factors. The driver will NOT be unable to move pallets across gravelled or unfinished driveways, through narrow openings or up steps. 

Stovesaver use third party carriers to make deliveries on our behalf.

Please check your goods carefully and thoroughly before signing and accepting the delivery. Damages found after the delivery has been signed and accepted in good condition may incur charges for replacement products or parts. Signing unchecked does not override these terms or those of the carriers. You may sign for the item as damaged or refuse to accept the delivery but you will need to contact us within 24 hours to notify any damages.  All damaged and/or faults must be notified to Stovesaver within 24 hours of signing your delivery and prior to installation. Once goods are installed they will be deemed accepted. To report damages please email stating the extent of damages and at least one photograph.

Failed deliveries / redelivery

Charges will be applied for the redelivery of failed deliveries. The minimum re-delivery charge is £25 and the maximum is £75.00.  

Items with FREE delivery are still liable for redelivery charges if you were not present to accept the delivery on the agreed date.
