Stovesaver Installation 'Pro' Service is a fantastic nationwide delivery and installation service available on a large selection of fires, stoves and ovens. We offer professional unrivalled installation on gas, electric and wood burning and multi fuel stoves to a pre pre-prepared location. We will even take away the packaging and explain the operation of the appliance. Our seamless service means no more arranging unreliable trades. You can even have your whole supply and installation on our fantastic 0% finance facility. To arrange your installation simply add 'installation' while checking out with your product choice.

Gas Fires & Stoves Installation. 'Installation Pro Gas'

Installation pro gas is carried out by our team of professional gas safe registered engineers. They will deliver and install your gas appliance with clockwork precision into a prepared opening, fireplace or chamber, we'll even take away the packaging.

Once you have made your purchase, whether by traditional payment methods or utilising our finance service, a member of the stovesaver team will arrange a suitable day for delivery and installation.
The installation pro service is based upon the area being prepared before our arrival and involves no chimney rectification, finish plastering, joinery or building works. Installation Pro Gas FAQ'S
Can I include the installation costs within the finance?
Yes. All the labour element, products and accessories can be financed.

What is included in the 'Pro' service?
The 'pro' gas installation includes, delivery, removal of packaging, positioning, connecting and certification. The gas needs to be within 100mm of the fire or stove connection and to current regulations. The opening, chamber or fireplace needs to be prepared ready for the appliance and any power if required is in the correct location. We can help with any information you may need regarding this. If you think that you need additional works then please use our 'Quoted Installation' service.

What's not included in the 'Pro' Service?
Any building, plastering, joinery, electrical or gas works (other than the connection to gas / electric supply as specified) or chimney preparation works. If you think that you need additional works then please use our 'Quoted Installation' service.

Do I / We need to dust sheet / protect carpets?
Yes. All work areas, carpets and access ways need to be protected, the installation pro service does not include dust sheeting or protection of wall / carpets.

Parking is difficult near where I live, is that a problem?
Free Parking needs to be available within 25mtrs of the property, if permits are required then these need to be arranged prior to our arrival and sent to stovesaver.co.uk or a confirmation email / letter saying this has been arranged. The maximum number of flights of stairs our engineers may climb is 3 flights of 15 steps, above that a lift / escalator is required.

What happens if you are unable to complete the installation on the first visit?
If the reason is due to a product issue or caused by stovesaver.co.uk then no additional charge will apply and a new / return date will be arranged. Should the installation fail due to the opening / site not be prepared inline with the Installation Pro terms and conditions, then a failed installation charge of 50% of the original delivery and installation including Vat at the prevailing rate will apply, this will need to be paid before the re-arranged delivery and installation.

My chimney has failed upon testing - what happens now?
Any additional works to rectify this can be quoted by our 'quoted installation' team. Alternatively the work may be carried out by a company of your choice at your cost.

What warranty does your work carry?
Our workmanship is covered by a 2 year warranty, and products carry the manufacturers warranty as outlined in their terms and conditions.

How do I book my installation?
Once you have ordered and paid for your item a member of our installation department will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date when we are in your area next.

I would like to cancel / rearrange my installation, what happens?
You may cancel or re-arrange your order at any time, although charges may be applicable. Cancellation Charges are located at the bottom of this page. You will need to request a cancellation / amendment form by contacting the office.

Installation pro Wood burning & Multi Fuel is carried out by our team of professional Hetas registered engineers. They will deliver and install your wood or multi fuel appliance with clockwork precision into a prepared opening, fireplace or chamber, we'll even take away the packaging.

What's not included in the 'Pro' Service?
Any building, plastering, joinery, electrical or gas works (other than the connection to an electric supply as specified) or chimney preparation works, this includes any work required to the hearth preparation. All works pre prepared must comply with and enable the installation to be installed inline with document 'J' of building regulations. If you think that you need additional works then please use our 'Quoted Installation' service.

What's not included in the 'Pro' Service?
Any building, plastering, joinery, first fix electrical or gas works (other than the connection to an electric supply within 1m of the appliance or as specified otherwise by stovesaver.co.uk) or preparation works, this includes any work required to the hearth or surrounding area required. No finish plaster work or decorative surface finishing is included other than that of any finishing frames supplied with the appliance. All works pre prepared must comply with and enable the installation to be installed inline with building regulations. Important Information Regarding Installation Pro Services 

 Items with FREE delivery & installation or utilising the Installation Pro service are still liable for redelivery charges if you were not present to accept the delivery / installation on the agreed date. 


Cancellation / Rearranging / Amendment Charges & Fees - Installation 'Pro' Only.
1.You may cancel or amend your installation within 7 days before your agreed delivery / install date without incurring any charges unless your products are a special order or bespoke item.
1.1 If you cancel / amend your installation within 3-7 days of the agreed delivery / install date then 50% of the installation charge will be deducted from the refund amount, products will be refunded in full unless they fall under bespoke or special order items.
1.2 Cancellations made within 72hrs of the agreed installation date / time will incurr a 90% fee of the installation charge which will be deducted from the refund amount. Products will be refunded in full unless they fall under bespoke or special order items.
