Stovesaver Standard UK Mainland Delivery for Parcels and Pallets

For orders over £200* we offer a free economy delivery service to most UK mainland addresses (England, Scotland, Wales but exludes some Highland areas and most Western Isles) Please contact us if you would require overseas or offshore delivery, Northern Ireland, Highlands or Western Isles.

The FREE delivery is provided on a chosen day, Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1800 hours.  You will not receive a phonecall on the day of delivery.  

Once your order has been processed and is ready for despatch you may be contacted by email or  receive a telephone call from Stovesaver or our appointed carriers to arrange your delivery. 

* Free delivery is included on most stoves and fires unless stated within the product description/category. Isokern Pumice chimney systems and materials are exluded from the free delivery and are subject to additional charges.

  •  Lead times are usually 3-5 working days for stock items and non stock items will each show their lead time on the website.  If your item will be outside of these lead times, we will inform you as soon as we can. Lead times are an average guide only and are not a guaranteed timesescale.  We recommend not arranging installation until your order has been fulfilled.

  • Small items will be delivered by a courier on a 1-3 working day service or through normal post. Larger items such as stoves and fires are usually delivered on a pallet.

  • Deliveries usually take place between 0800 and 1800, Monday to Friday and you will need to be present to accept your delivery or redelivery charges may be incurred.

  • We do offer upgrade services for an additional charge, such as 2 man delivery - to a room of your choice, specified day, timed and Saturday deliveries.  These can be booked on the website or call us for more information.

  • Stoves and larger items are usually delivered on pallets and brought on large wagons. Pallets are delivered kerbside only and not brought into the property unless upgraded and paid for or agreed with stovesaver.co.uk.

  • There will be one delivery driver unless you have selected the 2 personal upgrade service.

  •  Remember, if it doesnt fit through your letter box, you need to be in.

  • Orders paid for using Pay4Later finance can only be delivered to the finance application address.

ACCESS: Please advise Stovesaver of any potential access difficulties such as narrow streets, gravel driveways and parking restrictions so we can inform the carriers.  Larger/heavy items are usually delivered on pallets and brought on large wagons, which will only be delivered kirbside or to locations that can receive a pallet truck with suitable flat access to the location.

Stovesaver recommend you do not arrange your installation date or installer prior to receipt of your full and complete order as delivery dates can not be guaranteed and occasionally delays, errors or even damages in transit may occur  .  Stovesaver do not accept liability for any charges you may incurr in these circumstances.

2 Person Delivery Service - upgrade 

  •  This service can extend the lead times shown on our website 

  • This service is operated by a Third Party delivery service

  • You will be contacted by the service to arrange a suitable delivery date and  a 4 hour delivery time slot

  • You will then be contacted by the driver/crew approximately 30 minutes prior to your delivery

  • Your delivery will be taken to the room of your choice but does not include unpacking or disposal of any packaging

TAKING YOUR  DELIVERY: 

  • Your order will be delivered between 0800 and 1800  to the address provided.  

  •  If you order more than one item, these may be shipped individually and received in separate consignments.

  • Small items will be delivered by a courier or through normal post. Larger items are usually delivered on a pallet. 

  •  You may not receive any contact from the carriers on your arranged day, prior to them making your delivery.

  •  There will be one delivery driver who will help as far as he or a pallet truck can work safely, but we suggest you have at least one other person to help you as your order may be large, bulky or heavy. Please remember stoves are heavy and bulky items usually weighing in excess of 65kg.

  • Your order will be brought to the nearest suitable point, depending on the above factors.  The driver will be unable to move pallets across gravelled or unfinished driveways, through narrow openings or up steps. 

  •  Unfortunately due to insurance and health and safety issues, the driver is not able to move the goods inside the property for you. 

  • Stovesaver use third party carriers to make deliveries on our behalf. We endeavour to deliver on the requested day but we can not always guarantee this as some factors are outside of our control.  If you dellivery date is to be delayed or cancelled a mutually convenient redelivery date will be arranged.

  •  Please check your goods carefully and thoroughly before signing and accepting the delivery.  Damages found after the delivery has been signed and accepted in good condition may incur charges for replacement products or parts.  Signing unchecked does not overide these terms or those of the carriers.  You may sign for the item as damaged or refuse to accept the delivery but you will need to contact us within 24 hours to notify any damages.

FAILED DELIVERIES/ REDELIVERY:

  • Charges will be applied for the redelivery of failed deliveries. 

  •  Items with FREE delivery are still liable for redelivery charges if you were not present to accept the delivery on the agreed date.

  •  Remember, if it doesnt fit through your letter box, you need to be in
